At General Pants Co., we want you to love your fit, so we offer flexible returns within 30 days of purchase for both online and in-store orders. Items must be in original condition with tags attached to be eligible for a refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Select your preferred return option, including a standard refund, a 110% store credit, or an instant exchange for a different size.

  Pack and Post

  Securely pack your items and attach the generated shipping label before dropping the parcel off at any authorized post office or drop-box location.

• 4.
  Processing and Refund

  Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return, your refund or store credit will be processed within 5 to 7 business days.
